Background

In 2011 Murray Butcher was thinking about a way to turn his love of motorcycles and cars into a business proposition. Together with his old mate Paul Callister they had completed long careers with Turners Auctions. Murray asked a couple of Tauranga Car Dealers if they would be interested in a service that picked up the cars they were buying for stock, from anywhere in the country, and personally delivered. The answer was yes, and the tagline ‘door to door vehicle delivery’ was born. Initially Murray would ride his motorbike to the vehicle to be purchased, and using a special frame, hook the bike behind the car, and tow the bike home. Paul started in Auckland but used bicycles, buses, planes, trains and lots of walking to build the business. Five years later we still use all those methods and more to get our more than 30 professional drivers to and from their deliveries, both locally and nationwide. Last year we relocated almost 2000 vehicles for hundreds of satisfied customers. To meet demand from our customers we added towing services ( caravans, boats, horse floats, trailers, heavy machinery) motorcycle deliveries, and now heavy trucks. Because we can move very quickly and get a driver to a vehicle to be delivered usually the same day, we have genuinely become ‘ New Zealand’s fastest and friendliest door to door vehicle deliveries’. Our team has grown in the interim so here is a gallery of all the professionals who make our company great.
